The Help You Need
Live-In Care
Live-in care helps you live the life you want, on your own terms.
We accommodate your needs by listening and getting to know you. Together we will formulate a care package that’s suits us both but unique to you. Together, we’ll help you stay in the home you know and love. Illness, age or infirmity can make it difficult to carry out all of the personal care tasks that you once handled with ease. Understandably, this can be frustrating. Our fully trained and experienced Care Workers are confident in helping all kinds of people with their personal care. We always respect your dignity while aiming to help you retain as much independence as possible.
We are understanding and sympathetic. We treat each person as an individual, with unique personal needs, preferences and values and honouring your dignity. All our support arrangements will be completely personalised to your own requirements, involving your family members if you wish, and we will only provide the services that you have specifically asked for in your care and support plan.
Respite Care
Respite care is a service that we provide to individuals who are the sole care providers of their elderly loved ones or loved ones with disabilities. We understand that even though it is a rewarding task, watching over your loved ones can also be mentally and physically draining as well. We all need a break sometimes.

Supported Living
We have the opportunity to transform the lives of those who need our support. We assist with routine activities and provide 24-hour one-to-one care. Our staff are very experienced in helping people on their journey towards greater independence and a fulfilling life.
We deliver exceptional support services for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health and associated complex needs including psychological needs. We provide high quality accommodation in residential areas with smaller occupancy.
We provide a home like environment that promotes independence.
Domiciliary Care
Our flexible domiciliary care services cover anything from a check-in visit to personal care to 24-hour live-in care. Our home care service can be used for short term help following an illness or because your usual carer is having a break, or as the start of your care journey where it may develop to long-term home care and support. Our dedicated team of home care assistants are fully trained to:

Helping you start the day: getting up, washed, dressed and having a good breakfast

Support with medication: remind and assist you in taking medicines, as well as collect or return medication from your pharmacy or dispensing GP surgery

Mealtime: prepare meals with or for you and assist you at mealtimes

Outings: shop with you or help you to make a shopping list and go shopping for you

Household: help with your laundry or ironing and keep your home clean and tidy

Social outings: support you with social activities like going out for a walk, attending a day centre, visiting friends or family or going to your church or club

Personal care: bathing, clean clothesr, fesh bedding and a thoughtfully prepared meal before bedtime
